Style Suite FAQs & Terms

I’d love to have you in the Suite! Here are some commonly asked questions and terms and conditions to consider before diving into the membership.

 

1. Who is the Style Suite intended for?

The Style Suite is perfect for any woman looking to gain greater clarity around her dressing her body, her wardrobe, fashion trends, shopping and image. Ashley has a way of breaking down fashion and style information to reach women who may find it confusing. The content provided will be fun and informative to take your style and confidence to the next level!

2. Can I pay month to month?

Yes! The monthly membership fee is automatically charged each month to the credit card you use upon initial set up.

3. I love the Suite, but I’d like to take a break. Can I suspend my membership?

Unfortunately, suspensions are not available, but you are welcome to cancel and rejoin again when you are ready. Please email admin@ashleyschafer.com to cancel your membership. Note that if you are a founding member, when you rejoin you will be charged at the current rate.

4. How do I access Discovering your Unique Silhouette?

This is a self-guided course that is housed on the website. The course will be live for members to take it February 2, 2024. You will receive an email with a link to access the materials.

5. Can I just purchase Discovering your Unique Silhouette?

At this time, the course is only available to members of the Style Suite.

6. I don’t have Facebook, what do you offer for the community for people like me?

Ashley respects your decision regarding social media but unfortunately this is the only platform that the community interacts on.

7. Is the Facebook group private?

Yes.

8. Can I ask Ashley questions in the group?

Ashley pops in the group occasionally to celebrate with you all. Any questions will only be answered on the Q&A calls. Please submit your questions ahead of time in the group or join the call live.

9. I asked a question in the Facebook group but you didn’t answer it on the Q&A call.

Please understand that Ashley will do her best to answer all questions during the call but may not get to every single one of them. You are always welcome to resubmit your question for the following month’s call. Please note that Ashley does not answer questions within the group, only on the monthly Q&A calls.

10. I have to buy specialty sizing (petite/plus/tall) will the shopping picks include that?

The pieces that Ashley suggests in her monthly Stylist Picks are at her digression and will vary month to month. Ashley will do her best to make suggestions that are size inclusive, but will also offer styling guidance to help fit each unique body.

11. I can’t make the call live. Will a recording be sent out?

Recordings of the monthly trainings and Q&A calls will be uploaded to the Style Suite community Facebook group.

12. For the annual membership option, what is discussed on the private call with Ashley?

Anything you want! This is your time to pick Ashley’s brain and get clear, personalized advice from a stylist.

13. I’d like a refund. How do I get that?

All sales are final. Please email admin@ashleyschafer.com if you feel as if you have a special situation.

14. Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes. Please email admin@ashleyschafer.com to cancel your membership. Note that if you cancel mid-month you will be charged for the current month but will not incur charges after that.

15. I love the Style Suite, can I hire you for a private session?
