Purchases are made using the authorized payment provided by the Client. Circumstances may arise when Ashley’s credit card must be used to process the order. In this case, purchases made by Ashley on her credit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee when reimbursed by the client and are to be reimbursed by the client within 3 business days after the try -on session.
Purchases made by Ashley Schafer, LLC on behalf of the Client are completed through stylist owned accounts. Any rewards, points or loyalty benefits associated with these transactions will remain with Ashley Schafer, LLC.
Clients receive one round of returns post try-on session. In the event the Client would like to return additional items (within the window of Style Support), the mailing label will be provided for the client to make their own return. In the event that Ashley is required to facilitate a return after the expiration of the Style Support window, the client will be billed at Ashley’s current hourly rate.
Ashley is not liable for broken or damaged items after items are within the Client’s possession.
These practices help support the sourcing and styling process and are a standard part of the service.
