I recently took a trip with my in-laws and my mother-in law's entire extended family to Sea Isle, NJ. My hubs had to work during the week, so it was just me and Tessa joining the mix. I had met everyone prior to this week, but most just at a surface level. Choosing to spend the entire week with them gave me an opportunity to get to know this side of the family better and on a deeper level.
