One Dress, Three Ways

You’ve heard it before, its not about how much clothes you have, its about the quality of the clothes you have. I’ll take that one step further, and say that it’s about what clothes you have. When you have a balance of essentials and statement pieces in your closet, you can make countless outfits. Speaking of essentials, have you downloaded the ’12 Closet Essentials to Maximize your Wardrobe’ guide yet? Today I wanted to put my list to the test and show you how I styled the same black dress, three different ways for three different occasions- all using items off the essentials guide.

Fashion Daily Daydream

Does all this quarantine life have you daydreaming of all the events you had planned for March and April and now probably May? Do your Facebook memories have you reminiscing of all the cool places you went 5 years ago?

I Don't Give a Sock

Today’s post was inspired by my girl Suzanne Taylor. You may have noticed her popping up on my feed recently. I recently met her at a lunch and instantly knew we would vibe. Fast forward, and I’ve styled her for two speaking engagements and we’ve been to several events together. I highly encourage you to check out her site-she provides authentic life and career coaching in a truly magnetic way.

Florals for Spring

How original, right?

With the lack of winter we’ve gotten, it’s got me super anxious for spring. Personally, I’m a flowers person. Give me all the floral prints and I’m good. There are many ways to bring florals into your wardrobe without feeling like you’re ready for afternoon tea.

Winter Rut Remedies

This past weekend was such a dream and so needed after all the formalities of the holidays. It was so great to be outside all day with friends and the kiddos playing corn hole and dodging power wheel trucks, and enjoying some wine :) But lets face it, that wind has been kicking and I know the 30 degree days aren’t gone for good and we still have a few more months until my pool cover is off. So here are some tips on how to get through the winter rut.

Red Carpet to Real Life: Golden Globes 2020

With award season upon us, naturally, you can find me on the couch watching the red carpet. If you know me, you know how much of a visual person. And if you really know me, you know how much I love dessert. So for me, red carpets are like a Chop House brownie sundae for my eyes, without the cals. (But if you live in South Jersey, check out the the brownie sundae at the Chop House, because those cals are totally worth it lol). So I was thinking one day, instead of just summarizing the red carpet for you and telling you my favs or fails, why not recreate some of the looks with my interpretation of what the real life, everyday version is!
