What makes a good holiday outfit? Obviously, the one that makes you feel confident and smile a little harder, but for me, there are a few elements that I think about when it comes to styling for the holidays. Here’s what’s on my holiday style nice list:
Sparkle, some kind of sequin, shimmer, beading
Leather
Lace
Velvet
Bold style moment such as backless, high slit, jewel tone color
If my outfit has one of the above, it feels holiday. When I’m designing a holiday outfit, its these elements I’m looking for to elevate it from just a typical night out. Whatever your function, the holidays are a perfect time to elevate your look and dress up a little more than usual! Here are some of my favorite looks perfect for any holiday or NYE party!
